“Ice Princess Lily” or also known as “Tabaluga” is an animated adventure about a young princess named Lily who can control ice. She teams up with a dragon named Tabaluga to stop the evil snowman Arktos from freezing their world. Together, they learn about courage, friendship, and protecting their home. “Tabaluga” was a popular kids’ series in Germany. Peter Maffay, a renowned German musician, created the character and produced several albums and a musical featuring Tabaluga. His soundtrack for “Ice Princess Lily” includes original songs that enhance the film’s magical atmosphere.
During my time at Arri Media (now Pharos), I illustrated the introductory scene for “Ice Princess Lily,” crafting a detailed map of her world. Additionally, I created enchanting flower illustrations for the title animation, capturing the magical essence of the film.
