“Bird Box: Barcelona” is a 2023 Spanish Netflix horror film, a spin-off of the 2018 movie “Bird Box.” It follows new characters in Barcelona dealing with the same unseen entities that drive people to suicide if seen. Sebastian, who can see the entities, tries to protect Claire and Sofia by leading them to safety. They encounter a cult worshipping the entities and scientists working on a cure. The movie ends on a cliffhanger with the scientists capturing an entity, hinting at a potential third installment while maintaining the mystery around the creatures.
At Fish Blowing Bubbles, I focused on 3D modeling and texturing within ‘Bird Box Barcelona’. My contributions included designing an elevator amidst a bustling city square. Additionally, I created immersive graffiti textures and wall smearings, adding an apocalyptic ambiance to enrich the narrative and visual experience.
